We also check if slides have been updated, such as if there are new likes, comments, etc. The frequency is controlled by how old the slide is.Basic plan

If posts are still not showing up, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Your friend's Instagram profile needs to be set public.
Instagram doesn't allow third party applications to see posts from private profiles. You could create a private Facebook event or have your friend set his Instagram profie temporarily to public.
Unfortuantely Twitter has a limitation where it doesn't return posts that are more than week old.
However, Slidesome will store references to all posts that it has previously fetched, this means that if you used Slidesome for your event, then all the posts will be available from your Slidesome account.
Facebook recently closed access to Facebook Events and Groups due to the recent Cambridge Analytica data scandal.
We have regained access to Facebook Groups but Facebook Events is still not accessible. We will make an announcement once we have more information to share.
You need to be an admin of the Facebook Page. Facebook recently made a change where the user information in a Facebook Page is excluded unless you are an admin of the page.

2. Find the folder that you want to display on Slidesome.
3. Right click on it and click on Share. A dialog will open, and on the bottom right corner of it click on Advanced.
4. Under 'Who has access', change 'Private - Only you can access' to 'On - Anyone with the link'.
5. Click on Save
Please note that anyone who has link to the files in the folder can view or download them. No sign-in is required.
